Following are the Reservation terms and conditions

Reservation:
  • Minimum Room booking advance is US $65 or 3000 INR
  • Minimum Apartment booking advance is US $260 or 12000 INR which is refunded at the time of vacation.
  • Advance can be deposited through any major credit card, Paymate, PayPal or via bank wire transfer to our bank account.

Note: Booking will not be confirmed until advance has been received by us and you receive
          a e-mail from us confirming your booking.

Mode of payment:
  • We accept payments by cash or Credit Card at the property. For payments by credit card an extra service charge of 3% will be charged.
  • Full payment of rental is payable at the time of check-in.

Cancellation

  • 15 days notice or more - Full refund of advance
  • 7 days notice or more -   50% refund of advance
  • Less than 7 days notice - no refund of advance
