Terms & Conditions
Here are terms and conditions for rental service apartment bookings. You will have been deemed to accept these terms & conditions when you book apartment through us or our website.
PRICE
A sum of Rs.9000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand ) or US $ 165 is the total rental per day for the 3 bedroom apartment only. These prices include accommodation plus other facilities like water, electricity , gas, clean sheets, towels, housekeeping during the stay.
- The entire amount is to be paid at the time of check-in.
- Any other charges are to be paid as per actuals on presentation / on the same day.
We require a deposit to hold your reservation. The minimum booking advance is Rs.15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand ) or US $ 275, which is adjusted on receiving the entire amount of rent, at the time of check-in.
Note : Booking will not be confirmed until advance has been received and you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) US $ 365, for three days stay is required and will increase depending upon your duration of stay.
The security charged is deposited at the time of check-in and is fully refunded upon departure, unless there are outstanding charges in case of damages or loss to the property during your stay or other services.
In this case the charge will be deducted from the security deposit and the difference refunded to you.In case the damages or loss caused exceeds the security deposit the guest will undertake to pay the difference.
CANCELLATIONS
Vedanta Service Apartments is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond one's control which shall include strike, natural calamities, disease, death, war (non exhaustive list) and consequently the client have to make the payment and undertake to cancel the booking following the cancellation policy on our terms and conditions.
If Vedanta Service Apartments should be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him to a similar characteristics. In that case if no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorised to cancel the contract. In this case Vedanta Service Apartments will refund to client all monies paid (except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if this were the case) Vedanta Service Apartments will not be liable for further claims by the client.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
On the arrival you may be required to sign a short term rental contract and you will pay the rest of the rental plus the security deposit.
NUMBER OF GUEST
Only the guests specified in the reservation confirmation are allowed to stay in the apartment. All the persons are required to furnish the booking details before check-in. The number of guest shall not increase to more than 6 at any stage.
RULES FOR CLIENTS
The apartment can only be used for temporary and tourist household needs. You cannot make the apartment your new place of residence or choose it as your permanent address. It is further more not allowed to be sublet the apartment or any part of it to the third party.
The said premises or any part thereof shall not be used for any purpose other than as residential accommodation.
Immoral or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. Animals are not allowed in the lodgings. All buildings rules and regulations must be observed.
Please observe that Vedanta Service Apartments Conditions with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties “ALL ARE RESTRICTLY FORBIDDED” are very clear. If guest staying in the Vedanta Service Apartments party or loud music is heard or neighbours complaint and / or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.Thus will result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable security deposit.
The guest will park their vehicles properly or as per space allotted for parking and will not obstruct the passage in any case.
Also note that by booking with VEDANTA SERVICE APARTMENTS you have already accepted our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by the rules.
CONTRACT
This contract does not permit the apartment to be let as a ‘permanent residence ‘ of the tenant. This contract is only for short term rentals for travel, holidays, studies, temporary stay, etc., are allowed.
An inventory of contents and furnishing of the apartment is signed together with the contract on check-in and is verified on the return of the keys, on check-out.
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of our services that we deem to be suitable at various times. Our decision will be final and binding during any dispute arising out of these changes.
LIABILITIES
Vedanta Service Apartments nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the stay / use by the guest including without limitation, damage, insurance, losses because of any accidents, fires, robbery or criminal behavior.
In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations Vedanta Service Apartments at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment / premises and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
CLEANING POLICY
On arrival you will find the property clean and tidy.On departure you are requested the apartment is left in a reasonably orderly state (the kitchen or kitchen corner wash and put away all dishes, garbage disposal....). If the apartment is excessively dirty, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the security deposit to cover the extra cleaning charges.
If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost.
OUR WEBSITE
All apartment description and information supplied is for the apartment featured. Whilst Vedanta Service Apartments do their utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details whenever possible.
There is no warranty, condition, term or representation as to the quality, accuracy, completeness & validity of any materials on the site and no warranty, condition, term or representation that the functions contained on the site will be uninterrupted or error free or that defects will be corrected. Most statistical data includes rounding. All rates are subject to change without prior notice and at Vedanta Service Apartments absolute discretion.
Vedanta Service Apartments assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in these material. The material could include factual or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information and material herein.
In no event shall Vedanta Service Apartments be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether arising in tort (including negligence) contract or otherwise including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the materials in this site, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Vedanta Service Apartments reserves the right at any time without prior notice to modify all or any of these terms and conditions by updating with new posting.
The law applicable to these Terms & Conditions is the law of the Republic of India and the courts of the Republic of India will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
