Following are the Reservation terms and conditions

Reservation:
  • Minimum stay for apartment is one week.
  • We require a deposit to hold your reservation
  • Minimum Apartment booking advance is US$ 250 or Rs.15000 which is refunded at the time of check out.
  • Advance can be deposited through any major credit card, Paymate, PayPal or via bank wire transfer to our bank account.

Note:
Booking will not be confirmed until advance has been received by us and you receive an e-mail from us confirming your booking.

  • Before 7 days notice or more - 50% refund of advance
