Following are the Reservation terms and conditions
Reservation:
- We require a deposit to hold your reservation
- Minimum Room booking advance is US$ 85 or Rs 5000/- which is refunded at the time of check out.
- Advance can be deposited through any major credit card, Paymate, PayPal or via bank wire transfer to our bank account.
Booking will not be confirmed until advance has been received by us and you receive an e-mail from us confirming your booking.

- Full payment of rental is payable at the time of check-in.
- For payments by credit card an extra service charge of 3% will be charged.

- Before 15 days notice or more - Full refund of advance
- Before 7 days notice or more - 50% refund of advance
